Eligibility for Returns
At RegalBeau, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your items, you are eligible to return most products under the following conditions:

- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made products and perishable goods (e.g., beauty products, personal care items), unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@regalbeau.com within 30 days of receiving your item. In your email, please provide:

- The reason for the return
Once we review your request, we will send you a return authorization number along with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
- Recommended Shipping Method: We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Refund Process
